Leadership is always manifested through a person. We all tend to make the I...the self...the ego, the center of our own little universe. Leaders tend to do the same thing-which usually results in self-centered leadership. However, when the BIG "I" has been negated by self-surrender, it becomes a cross "+"- which results in Christ-centered leadership, or servant leadership! It is my prayer that this blog will result in less egocentric leadership and more Christo-centric leadership.
